Is it realistic for Christian singles to remain celibate?

For Eva, the main character of the novel, Choose Me, the answer is yes. Eva, a 40 year old divorced mother of two, loves God and is committed to living for Him. She has no intentions of being in a relationship or remarrying anytime soon. As many women in the church today who have been hurt from previous relationships, Eva is bitter toward men. She is strong in her convictions until she meets Adam, a tall, dark, and handsome man. To Eva, Adam is too good to be true; and to Adam, Eva is too cynical about men and needs to open up her heart. Eventually, however, Eva and Adam become acquainted with one another and their feelings begin to grow. As a result, Eva's stand on celibacy is shaken. Nevertheless, each time the Lord warns Eva and gives her opportunities to say no.

Will Eva give in to her desire to have sex with Adam or will she obey the voice of God? How far will the romance between her and Adam go? Their relationship will be tried in many ways, and as a result, will Eva and Adam be able to weather the storms or will they go their separate ways?

Choose Me offers a unique style, alternating in the first person narrative between the perspectives of both Eva and Adam. Choose Me is a powerful story and a must read for anyone who wants to read a good, clean romantic novel. It will make both women and men shout "Amen!"

Ms. Ruiz, wonderful job! This book is five stars!T. Godfrey
